USAS has grown and matured immensely since our founding ten years ago. With this growth come new pressures. The growth of our base means we need even more resources to stay in touch with active students and to reach out to new students. So please sign up for a recurring donation of $10 a month, $100 a year, or a one-time donation of $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can afford. USAS is a project of the Alliance for Global Justice, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

As the media constantly reminds us, conservatives spend millions of dollars every year training young people on campuses. We're only asking for a fraction of that from you!

Over the long run, your contribution will sustain the USAS network and campaigns. USAS now networks groups on 400 campuses -- we've grown to include a number of community colleges, high schools, and historically black colleges and universities. Our growth has led to amazing victories every year against sweatshops and for workers rights outside of the garment industry

If you can't afford a donation now, you can help out in many other ways. We also really need your brainpower. Please contact USAS's Development Coordiantor Shaun Martinez to give your input and become a leader in our alumni network. We also need you to contribute with your address book. We're already in touch with many alumni, but there are thousands of others out there that we aren't able to contact. Please send us whatever contact information you have for the people you worked with in your campus group. You can e-mail Shaun at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Anyone who has been supportive enough to attend a rally can understand the importance of having USAS there not only to win campaigns that make a difference in the lives of workers worldwide, but also to train, support, and develop student activists and the next generation of progressive leaders. USAS has been through many tough fights before and many challenging evolutions in our history. Creating an alumni network to ensure our long-term stability may be the most difficult and most important challenge yet. Please donate today and contact us to get more involved!

Many, many thanks.

In solidarity,

The Current Staff, Students, and Alumni Leaders of USAS
